We’re managing essential work to upgrade 12 flats in Upper Avenue, Eastbourne. Working in partnership with Homes First and Eastbourne Borough Council.
The contract forms part of the Council's continued investment into housing across the town.
Starting this Autumn, it will enable essential work and upgrading to 12 flats in Upper Avenue, Eastbourne.
We will be managing the project and our multi-skilled team will be carrying out the majority of the work with specialist trades, as required.
